1. Drain mandarin oranges, reserving 60 mL (1/4 cup) of syrup.
2. In a salad bowl, mix the dressing from the Waldrof lettuce containers with the reserved mandarin syrup.
3. Add lettuce mixture, diced apples, walnut pieces, dried grapes and mandarin oranges. Stir gently.
4. On a board or serving plate, arrange the salad in a crown shape and garnish with feta cheese.
