INGREDIENTS
2 cups 500ml of Fresh Attitude prewashed baby spinach
1 cup 250 ml of frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 cup 125 ml of frozen mango chunks
1/2 avocado, medium ripe
3 tbsp 45 ml of greek yogurt
2 tbsp 30 ml of natural peanut butter
1 cup 250 ml of unsweetened almond milk
To serve : Granola and fresh fruits
METHOD
1. Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth.
2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with granola and fresh fruit
