INGREDIENTS
1 cup 250ml of Fresh Attitude prewashed baby spinach
1 cup 250ml of chocolate oat milk
2 pitted dates
1 tbsp 15 ml of chia seeds
1 tbsp 15 ml of powdered peanut butter
1 scoop of vanilla-flavored whey isolate
1 frozen banana
METHOD
1. Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend for approximately 1 minute and enjoy!
