Cool, smooth and creamy with a crunch – fruit and veggies never tasted better!
- 2 cups of DUO Baby Kale and Spinach
- 2 bananas, sliced and divided
- 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks, divided
- 1/4 cup frozen peach chunks
- 1/4 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 cup (250 mL) almond milk
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) honey (optional)
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) toasted coconut flakes
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) chia seeds
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) toasted natural sliced almonds
1. In blender, combine DUO Baby Kale and Spinach, half of the banana slices, half of the mango, peaches, pineapple, almond milk, and honey (if using).
2. Process until smooth.
3. Divide evenly between bowls.
4. Top with remaining banana slices and mango chunks, coconut flakes, chia seeds and almonds.
Substitute soy milk, coconut milk or regular milk for almond milk if desired.
