- ½ cup Greek yogurt, plain
- ½ cup fresh parmesan, grated
- 3-4 tbsp whole milk
- 1tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp anchovy paste
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- Pepper to taste
- 2-4 tbsp fresh lemon juice
METHOD
Combine all the ingredients except lemon juice. Add the lemon juice in a small dose to your liking.
