- 1 carrot, peeled and chopped
- ¼ cup rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, peeled and grated
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp miso
- ½ tsp toast sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
METHOD
In a blender, combine all the salad dressing ingredients as listed. Blend until completely smooth.
