INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup water
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp fish sauce (nuoc-mâm)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp sambal oelek
- 1 carrot, grated
METHOD
In a small bowl add all the ingredients. Allow to stand for 15 minutes to blend flavours.
Serve with spring rolls
