Pear, Grapes, Gorgonzola and Spinach
Ingredients for 8 to 12 servings
- 1 lb of Fresh Attitude baby spinach
- 1 diced pear
- ½ c. of grapes
- ½ c. de crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
- ½ c. of chopped toasted walnuts
- 15 ml of Dijon Mustard
- 45 ml of white balsamic vinegar
- 15 ml of honey
- 90 ml of olive oil
- Salt and pepper
In a salad bowl, combine the spinach, pears, grapes, cheese and nuts.
In another bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, mustard, honey and olive oil. Whip, adjust the seasoning and pour the dressing over the salad.
