1. This contest is open only to residents of Quebec aged 18 and over.
2. This no purchase necessary contest is for Facebook and Instagram users.
3. Document to support your identity will be required.
4. The potential winner must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question.

1. The Fresh Attitude contest runs from November 15, 2019 to 00:00 (EST) to December 15, 2019 to 23:59 (EST).
2. Anyone interested in participating to the Fresh Attitude contest – Win Your Next Grocery must like the Fresh Attitude Facebook’s page and share the contest post. Get an extra chance to win by tagging at least one friend.

One ( 1 ) prize, one ( 1 ) winner.

• One participant among the Fresh Attitude Facebook and Instagram account Fresh Attitude followers who has like the Fresh Attitude Facebook’s page and share the contest post will win a gift card from his favorite groceries store of the province, worth of 250 $. Get an extra chance to win by tagging at least one friend.

• Vegpro International is the initiator of the advertising contest and is the sole responsible of the organization of the draw, which will be carried out according under the most rigorous scrutinies.
• Prize must be accepted as awarded and as described in these rules. It is not transferable, substitutable for another prize, nor exchangeable, in whole or in part, for cash or other good.
• All fees not specifically described in the official contest rules are the responsibility of the winner.
• Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received during the contest period.
• The Contest is not open to individuals associated with the Contest, including employees of Vegpro International (including its divisions). This Contest is also not open to the immediate family members of the Excluded Individuals.

Prize will be awarded as follow:

• The gift card will be drawn from all registered Quebec participants. The potential winner will be contacted by Facebook or Instagram after the draw (at the end of the contest period). He will be invited to contact Vegpro International by email at gabrielle.delisle@vegpro.com to claim his prize. If the potential winner has not contacted Vegpro International within 48 hours of its announcement on Facebook or Instagram, he will no longer be eligible to claim his prize. In such case, the next potential winner of the list will be contacted. No reason will be accepted to bypass the 48 hours maximum delay for first contact.

1. The winner’s name will be posted on Fresh Attitude Facebook and Instagram.
2. The winner must consent, if required, and without remuneration, that his name, photo, city and region of residence and/or any statement related to the prize be used by the organizers of the contest for communications and advertising purposes.

1. Vegpro International holds the FINAL AUTHORITY for judging and deciding on the registration of the contestants, assessing the eligibility of potential winner to the contest – Win Your Next Grocery !, as well as the awarding of the prize.
2. Subject to the application of the Act respecting lotteries, publicity contests and amusement machines in respect with this contest, a dispute as to the organization or conduct of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux in Quebec in order to be settled. Any litigation in regards with the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
3. Vegpro International, its employees and consultants as well as the organizers, partners and sponsors of the contest – Win Your Next Grocery! CAN NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE in the event of an accident, loss, theft or any other problem or expense, directly or indirectly related to the acquisition or use of a prize.
4. The refusal to accept a prize releases Vegpro International from any obligation related to said price, including its delivery.
5. Vegpro International is not responsible for technical, mechanical, computer, telephone, telecommunication, distribution or production errors and may cancel or withdraw the contest in the event of such errors, without obligation and without notice, in its sole discretion, and subject to authorization by the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec.
6. Vegpro International is not responsible for any damage to a user’s computer system as a result of participating in the contest or downloading the information necessary to participate in the contest.
