INGREDIENTS

1 (250 g) cream cheese package, softened

375 ml (1 1/2 cup) Fresh Attitude baby spinach, chopped

250 ml (1 cup) cheddar, grated

125 ml (1/2 cup) sour cream

60 ml (1/4 cup) mayonnaise

60 ml (1/4 cup) green onions, chopped

15 ml (1 tbsp.) garlic, chopped

6 cooked bacon slices, chopped

Salt and pepper

METHOD

1. Preheat oven to 190 °C (375 °F).
2. In a bowl, mix all ingredients. Transfer to a cast-iron skillet or baking dish and level out the surface.
3. Cook in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
