- Lightly toast the bread slices and cook the bacon until crisp.
- Thinly slice the vegetables and chop the fresh herbs.
- Spread mayonnaise on each slice of bread. On 4 slices of bread, spread a layer of pre-washed Fresh Attitude Spring Mix. Add 2 slices of bacon, slices of tomato, avocado and cucumber on each. Sprinkle with chopped herbs, salt and pepper.
- Close sandwiches with remaining bread slices. Cut each sandwich into two triangles.
