INGREDIENTS
- 454 Quebec turkey breast, cut into strips
- 15 ml Oil
- 1 WOK Fresh Attitude Blend, flavor to taste (Sweet & Sour, Sweet Chili Thai, Ginger Citrus, Korean Red Pepper)
- 2 Green shallots, cut into bevels
- Toasted sesame seeds, to taste
METHOD
1. In a wok, heat oil over high heat. Stir fry the turkey strips in the oil until golden brown.
2. Add the vegetables and sauce. Stir fry until vegetables are hot.
TIPS
Serve on a bed of rice vermicelli or rice.
