- 2 medium onions, thinly chopped
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- ½ c. honey
- 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Sumac (optional)
1. Cut the onions and place them in a salad bowl.
2. Combine all the ingredients in the vinaigrette.
3. Correct the seasoning and add the sumac.
