Apple dressing

60 ml of apple sauce

60 ml of apple cider vinegar

5 ml of old-style mustard

45 ml of maple syrup

125 ml of camelina oil

Salt and pepper to taste

1. Mix all ingredients with a whisk, except for the camelina oil.
2. Then slowly add the camelina oil, whisking vigorously.
