Spinach Salad with kale with feta, strawberries and raspberries

Recipe for 4 servings


      • 4 cup baby kale and spinach DUO Fresh Attitude
      • 1 1 cup Strawberries sliced
      • To taste – Raspberries
      • 1 cup Feta cheese diced
      • ½ cup Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
      • ¼ cup Olive Oil
      • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
      • 1 Tbsp. White Balsamic vinegar
      • To taste – Salt and pepper


      • Thoroughly wash the greens. Dry and chop finely.
      • In a small bowl, combine the balsamic vinegar and lemon juice. Gradually wisk in the olive oil net and emulsify with a whisk.
      • Arrange all the salad ingredients in four bowls and sprinkle with the dressing.
      • Add salt and pepper.
      • Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds if desired.
        • Suggestion: vary the recipe by adding watermelon.
