Tropical Green Smoothie Bowl

Cool, smooth and creamy with crunch – fruit and veggies never tasted better!

Receipe for 2 servings

  • 2 cups DUO Baby Kale and Spinach
  • 2 bananas, sliced and divided
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks, divided
  • 1/4 cup frozen peach chunks
  • 1/4 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup (250 mL) almond milk
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) honey (optional)
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) toasted coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) toasted natural sliced almonds

Preparations

    • In blender, combine DUO Baby Kale and Spinach, half of the banana slices, half of the mango, peaches, pineapple, almond milk, and honey (if using); process until smooth.
    • Divide evenly between bowls. Top with remaining banana slices and mango chunks, coconut flakes, chia seeds and almonds.
    • Tip: Substitute soy milk, coconut milk or regular milk for almond milk if desired.
